Cedrictoad. I can't believe you would applaud a team mentality of relying on rain to get you out of trouble. God save the Queen

Pragmatism my friend, history says it is fairly difficult to win a game when you are asked to follow on!

If you look at it another way, by the time the rain comes England would have batted 120+ overs.

If Australia hasn't bowled England out after 120+ overs then they don't deserve to win.

Interesting how both middle orders have been terrible (which is probably the reason why the games have been so short).  Australia have missed Haddin and the wagging Aussie tail. England on the other hand have missed Matt Prior (Jos has kept reasonably well but has gone missing with the bat).

Going back to the Root dismissal, how upset is the nana in the background when Starc holds the catch!

Does anybody else think that Bairstows "Powerspot" looks more like a B3 Tonto?

Joe Root's eyes?  Pretty sure they were closed the whole time!

English hype job Joe Root's stay at the number 1 ranking was short and sweet. 7 Tests away from home will see him back down the rankings yet further.

HAHAHAHA!!! Steven Smith bags Alastair Cook for 85. Cook's last chance of a home Ashes 100 is gone.

Well what do you know. Australia have yet again failed to finish England off inside three days. Just goes to show what a pile of old sheep droppings they are. I mean, come on guys, Trent Bridge and Edgbaston were both over in three days, and you let this one go into a fourth. Poor show.
