what Roco said.

There are significant checks that we do on the sponsors before they come online and afterwards to endeavour to get the best for forum members. I should note that we turn away many more potential sponsors that we sign up for not meeting the requirements we set.

1. It's 2.6
2. It's a UK TON, so the moisture content is possibly a tad higher.
3. It's 2.6

It is very rare to find light bats especially big bats like TON, the blade is standard size

To the people above that have said there is nothing wrong with buying bats from the Asian alternatives you have mentioned I am not saying there isn't. If you wish to buy a bat from a source where returns and aftercare is non exisitant due to feasibility of their service then so be it.

What I am stating is that we have guys on here like @Vitas Cricket @Uzi Sports @ItsJustCricket @VKS @Aswani Cricket  and chaps like Red Ink, Blank Bats, H4L, B&S, Bulldog, Rob Pack. All of the mentioned support this forum and provide cricket equipment of the highest quality and the service to match within the UK to all around the world. Plus if anything was to go wrong they will be there to support you through the return process and liaison with the manufacturers.

The Asian suppliers have been known to offer substandard equipment as per the SF topics with nails in the handle. Sometimes only because the item is cheap and reasonable in price doesn't mean that it is the best option for you.

I just want to point out that I have no ill feelings to these providers but I feel that we all come to this forum to share our interests on all things cricket and we should support the retailers that offer all of us a great service and bring us exclusives and forum days out.

Yes indeed! Great point!

Problem with genuine retailers like Vitas and co is you can't buy any bats with players names spelt poorly across the toe.

That can be arranged for a small fee using a sharpie colour of your choice
