Four and out!
23 with 2 chances in it on this road

Might be worth a small punt on England. Pakistan might "collapse"

Pinched from BBC Text but made me chuckle:  "Very disappointing. Cook got himself in, got a start but didn't go on. Needs to learn to sell his wicket more dearly."

Might as well throw their hands at it now and see what happens.

NO BALL

Benefit of the doubt goes to the bowler, they need to see the heel clearly first touch the ground on/in front of the line. Without slow-mo camera it's not ideal.

According to the Law, they don't!

"For a delivery to be fair in respect of the feet, in the delivery stride... the bowler's front foot must land with some part of the foot, whether grounded or raised... behind the popping crease."

That's what I thought so it was a no ball

They seem to check every wicket for a no ball

I'm not entirely sure what England were doing for the last hour. Stokes/Buttler were trying to get on with it but seemed a bit late in the day when you have plodded along for 175 overs. England have a 46 run lead but it's not enough to put any real pressure on Pakistan and they now only have 2 wickets left instead of 4.

Having charged along at 2.7 an over, the sensible thing might of been to build a decent lead tomorrow morning and get 100-125 in front. Then have 60 odd overs to induce a collapse and minimise wear on the pace bowlers. The bonus being Pakistan wouldn't be in front until well after tea, so if a collapse did happen England could sneak a win.

Can't help thinking now we will bat on and get 60 in front and then end up bowling 80+ overs on a baking hot day. Pakistan will be enough in front by tea to make the last session pointless. Probably copping a few injuries in the process!

In the case where there is an out as the result of an appeal, if there is any doubt, it should go to the batsman.

The issue here is that international umpires have stopped looking for no-balls, and revert to the TV replay in the case of an appeal. This was confirmed by one of the ICC umpiring board in the Ashes this summer, and the reason is that they don't want to look stupid if they inadvertently call a no-ball that isn't. There were a lot of uncalled no-balls in the summer, and frankly, it isn't good enough.
