It sounds like my bowling! A few decent balls mixed in with some absolute filth!
I think that what our spinners seem to lack is consistency by the sounds of it!!

Need to work harder then and become consistent. Hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours just bowling. That's what guys like warne did when they were young, hours and hours of hard yards

How many people talk about training etc but actually do very little to nothing.. Same with our pros I'd imagine, bet they spend most ofmtheirmday 0800-1700, not actually training

6-5-1-1

Shame we'll over get about four overs a session of tight economical bowling

If that is the case it will be interesting seeing whether rashid stays in at the expense of Ali.if your playing as a spinner we need the one likely to take most wickets.Ali appears pretty un threatening so far.

Personally I would go with Rashid, but its pretty safe to say that Moeen has the eye of the selectors.  You would assume they'll go:

Cook
Hales
Bell
Root
Bairstow
Taylor
Stokes
Ali/Rashid
Broad
Wood/Plunkett/Finn
Anderson

If I was Stuart Broad I'd be spewing! Real intense period of accurate and varied fast bowling goes unrewarded, then Jimmy rolls up with a full bunger first ball

Not sure why Patel is bowling. Really isn't a threat firing it and bowling over pitched deliveries. Really is poor quality "spin".

I imagine Patel is bowling for his perceived threat of turning the ball away from the right handers. I thought ali turned it more and rashid must be a little miffed as the specialist spinner.
