I had the similar looking adidas pads to your pumas, how do you find the top hat section?
Only netted in them so far but fine, don't notice the top hat even though it's a far bit chunkier than normal. If it's the Adidas ones I'm thinking of they may look similar but are very different in the design of the top hat and how they attach.

On my hands a bit to big but nothing that will concern me

I've not got massive hands size 9/10 in work gloves and they fit me fine

Trying to go for a more minimalist approach this season and make sure all my stuff actually fits in my duffle bag.

All B&S softs this season, with a Woodstock and Blank Bats stick to make up the rest.

Asics One Day spikes were upstairs so couldn't be bothered to get them.

I've just switched bags from a duffle and sports bag combo to one big duffle. I decided on the Gray Nicolls Supernova duffle and its amazing. Easy to carry, very spacious and it stands up which is an important feature for me.

Promised my parents that I would't buy any more kit unless I broke my number 1 bat... Right on cue, felt weird in penultimate indoor net low down, then in the last net a tasty crack has opened up across the toe and about an inch up. GN workshop thought it was fixable but I will see how I go with my others. Most likely make do and mend until I can afford something else, may try to do the whole season and then buy a full new set. Will be difficult with only two bats, one too light and the other that has already had to be professionally repaired.
