Well I know that was my first net of the post/pre-season but I am feeling it today. Interstitial muscles and Obliques really getting the first net of the season soreness.

Lacking match fitness  ;). Bowled for 4 hours and felt nothing the day after. I expect match fit @FattusCattus will be similarly unaffected.

Well, if you count one ball every ten minutes or so "Bowled for four hours", then yes, you are "Match fit" ;)

I might of eased off in the final hour but myself and Bruce were like non-stop bowling machines for 3 hours while others were admiring wood. As somebody who sneaked in for 90 mins and batted a fair chunk of it I think it's a pot kettle black  situation  :D

I was in good nick actually - even after the long pacey spells I subjected you all to. Back, shoulders, testicles - all fine.

my nuts are hurting!!  im chucking the £10.00 'shock doctor' box and going back to the old pink ones from schooldays...
new fangled stuff is rubbish

might even try the wet flannel down the pants like the 1950's

I'm feeling surprisingly fresh too, considering the alarming amount of effort that goes into my run-up (compared with the frighteningly slow end result  :-[)
