Good to see a bat maker putting right something that's gone wrong and the forum highlighting that.it might lead to another sale from someone on here you never know.its unfortunate the bat maker,whoever they are,has to foot the bill but good service can only be good for maker and players in the long run.
I once had 3 of David Milins bats(county bowler and a bit quick) when he retired from playing.
There was an insignia and a spirit from memory.all County bats and they were superb

I think the colourful modern stickers will look a little tatty as time goes on and as the bat gets used where as the retro look should stay classy IMO

My teammates laverwood had suffered the same fate from storm damage. The signs were pretty easy to spot in this case with clearly visible lines running across. James offered a replacement and apologized for the selection of willow. Exceptional customer service indeed.

Good to know L&W are honoring replacement units for storm damaged bats. How is the new bat working for you ??

Its my friends bat and he is still knocking it in. His other laverwoods have been very good but he is not super satisfied with the replacement either when compared to the ones he had from an year or two ago.
