Either he is too broke to buy a new bat or doesn't wish to use a new one, it seems like as it's a plank (a wild and absurd claim) considering how he is looking to muscle through his shots!!

If it is a genuine Lala (or as we olds call it - A Malik Sher) some of them were damn fine bats, and not always huge - but the genuine ones performed magnificently!!

I don't think there's much point reading into the team selection too much, I think the idea has been to give everyone at least 2 games of T20 cricket. Find me a player who hasn't play 2 games yet?
