@Vitas Cricket Thank you for that! I wasn't aware of that, it's a bit strange they've done that. I don't suppose you'd know any good contacts out there? So presumably a of lot this new footwear will struggle to get out into the UK.

About 85 quid inc shipping. But only in sizes 7-8. Never used the seller, but they claim PayPal security which is good. Would prefer to go through a forum sponsor though.

Good point.

Could get some pretty snazzy boots in the UK for £100... Unless you're going for the rarity factor!

That's not necessarily true. We are stocking Nike Cricket this season. We are one of very few shops I beliebe who was approached. The Nike UK office directly approached us.

We will have them at the beginning of April!

Nike have got their own range for the UK market this year - we will chase them for the details and what we can and cannot publish. Pretty excited about these!

@ItsJustCricket Is it just the shoes you will be stocking or the bats too?

Pro Direct, with all their links to Nike through football have no info on impending Nike cricket footwear for the UK. Owzat had given up trying to chase Nike was the last I heard.

Will be a change in direction for Nike to start doing the leg work rather than get retailers to chase after them as has been the case historically.

We got approached by them, so it seems they still are interested in the market to an extent!

Are you able to tell us anything about the shoes?
