Don't we all keep gifting ourselves every now and then..I gifted myself with 2 GN bats few months back and for Xmas I have got 2 BDMS..lol

I think you are making the assumption it's some kind of huge corporate marketing dept with automated email systems, not a relatively small business where everybody is busy doing their day jobs. I expect some manual handle turning is required to process all the claims, so give it some time.
