I take it he's either not happy with kook or they've dropped him??

Reckon he'll still be covering them up come Boxing Day?

Tried a refurb himself and cocked it up, we've all been there

Bat refurbs often coincide with accidentally taping up the kook logos on your gloves.

Spotted that the other day.  I remember the kook twitter page getting a bit of stick when he went through that patch of walking out with a stickered up Kahuna with BAS edge marks.

Isn't that the new minimalist Kook stickers for 2016?

As he's been using a stickered up TON for ages, maybe TON.

That or he'll go where the money is (read New Balance) and continue using a stickered up TON...

Surely he wouldn't sell enough bats for NB?  Hardly a marquee signing.

I bet Steve  Finn & Mark Wood sell loads of bats...

Marquee signing or not, it would be another player giving them exposure at international level.

No, I would imagine bat sales would be taken care of by Root and Stokes and their respective TC and DC ranges .  Their appeal of Wood and Finn would surely be for the young fast bowler and the new range of bowling boots they have brought out.  Couple that with Mark Wood's social media presence and I imagine they would go down quite well with youngsters.  I would think that a part-time spinner and No.8 batsman has far less commercial appeal.

I reckon he'll end up using TON. With Bopara now not involved with England it would give them decent exposure.

Perhaps he's snapped up the M&H contract that was rejected by Nick Compton? Only joking.... it does seem odd that sponsorship contracts seem to work on the calendar year, not the English and/or Oz start of the summer / new cricket season... Given his county, would love it if he pitched up on Boxing Day wielding a DF Attack... Adidas need some England exposure I guess, but as others have said, I wouldn't be surprised if he turns to TON or even SG....

Considering who is manager is, I would say he is off to a Pakistani company (HS or CA).

Surely an Asian brand will be looking to pick him up, there's not many Asian players at the top of the English game, easy move if they're looking to increase sales in the UK. CA or similar maybe.
