If they changed the rule I am sure India will accept it. Dhoni's comments were a good insight as to why the players don't want it.
If the ump says not out and the ball is just clipping then its still not out, if the ump says out and ball is just clipping then its still out. His point was if your trust technology and it says ball is making contact with the stumps however little then it should be out, similarly if ball clipping the stumps on ump's not out call is not out then it should also be not out when the ump says out but the ball is just clipping.
On another note, I always believe people should not complain about pitches or conditions as both teams play on the same field and therefore believe DRS is equally/unequally fair to both teams and India shouldn't moan about it.
As for Kohli, yup he has a big mouth and can be annoying but he backs it up with the bat and in the field, he has also been getting better at controlling himself. I bet if he was playing for England he would be loved, Aussies love him and hate him. He could walk into any team in the world right now.
