He got a 5 year ban. He served it. He went to prison. He's eligible again, let's all stop moaning about him playing and enjoy watching some quality fast bowling

Can't judge him on this test. He lost 10kph try to stop his pants turning brown!

No doubt a little bat tomorrow might have a similar affect!

Or not, it's disgraceful he's playing international cricket, even some of the Pakistani players aren't too thrilled with it

The thread started this year!!(and we are only 15days Into this year) where this has already been discussed so people don't have to say the same thing over and over again.

It's also the height of stupidity to say "every no ball or wide that he bowls will be suspect".

He was a one time thief (and yes he deserved punishment), not a kleptomaniac.

Then your beef should be with the icc and the UK justice system

His inclusion in the team was a very polarizing decision by PCB. The ODI captain, Azhar Ali, had resigned - refusing to play with Amir. Hafeez didn't turn up to the training camp. Ramiz Raja and ex-batsman Yousuf had a nasty public spat over Amir. Needless to say, there was no shortage of opinions and outburts. Things calmed down a bit after Wasim Akram and Imran Khan spoke in favor of Amir's inclusion in the team. Imran Khan said: 1.) He was the only guilty party who had had admitted to his guilt and was punished for it. 2.) In PCB's anti-corruption video, Amir is the spokesperson who narrates his involvement in the spot fixing scandal and admits his guilt. It was reported that when he did attend the first team meeting, Amir cried and offered to leave the camp and team.

I know it's a very serious subject and you shouldn't trivialise it but the antic by the announcer did make me chuckle !
