Bloke at my club still has a coffin, fair to say they could fit 11 sets of pads

If you're not concerned about taking over the dressing room or getting other kit in a car boot ( especially if you don't drive) coffins are superb. Mine had 2 bats straps in the list and a separate shoe section. Amazing the kit you fit in them. Just too cumbersome

I find lugging everything on your back much, much easier than rolling a wheelie. Sounds counter-intuitive perhaps, but its actually more comfortable - especially if you've gone camping before and know a few tips on the best way to distribute weight (you can google it too).

100% I've got a bit of a dodgy back and thought it was risky getting a duffle last season to replace my knackered wheely and I have got to say it gives a lot less strain to my back in comparison to the wheely. As you say weight distributed well you don't even notice it is on your back, whereas the wheely meant I was walking with a lean and a bit of a hunch ensuring it was wheeling and not just dragging!

The duffle looks more like a training style duffle to me, no zip up top etc. but that being said, all of their bags are very well designed and very well made, no fancy gimmicks or flashy colours but 100% built for purpose.

That's what I thought. Think I need to take a look at one in the flesh.

Having just upgraded from a salix duffle, id say spend a little more to get something with a zip top and internal bat sleeve etc. Last years B&S duffle is in the sale(if you wanted to stay around thr b3 duffle price) and im sure plenty of people on here have one and could vouch for it.

Funnily enough its a Salix duffle that I'm thinking of getting rid of too - its very basic!

Are these duffle bags big enough  for keepers and the extra pads? I just ordered myself a set of pads and a bag and when they've turned up, the pads alone are bigger than the bag!!

For this the @Red Ink Cricket duffle would be perfect!
I think the Supernova would take all of it too (and I'm guessing the new @B&S UK's would too as it's a competitor to the Supernova)

If you search the forum you will find a GN1000 thread by @WalkingWicket37. You could check that out too ...

After my initial rose tinted review of the GN1000 mine has started falling to pieces, so I'm still looking for the perfect bag (this is feeling like a never ending search!)   :(

I bought couple in last 3-4 years. One for the team, USD 30 no wheels, and one personal, USD 80 with wheels. Both were used but in "like new" condition. I use large IKEA bags to create artificial compartments as the bag has none and the setup works very nicely. My bag has zipper pocket all around which I don't use but are good for extra practice balls etc. Also. The bag has a vented/meshed compartment for shoes, sweaty clothes. I put my pads, thigh pads, chest guard, two/three bats, two helmets, bag full of balls, hats, water, snacks, four pairs of gloves, and sidearm pro with room to spare.
