Woakes is unlucky to miss out to Jordan.

Not sure Dawson is a better spinner than Parry.

Otherwise, as expected?

Interesting that Dawson has been given the nod. Has he been doing well for the Lions in the winter?

I personally don't see what Jordan really brings to the team apart from being a decent guy in the slips.

Jordan's in purely to bowl the Super Over if required! Although he's not in my team.

Roy, Hales, Root, Buttler, Morgan, Stokes, Billings, Ali, Rashid, Willey/Topley, Finn

Billings seems too low in the order but they seem to like him and having Stokes as another seamer balances it. I'd love Vince in there but could only fit him in at the expense of Billings and that is too low, he needs top open ideally. Finn and one of the left armers plus Stokes and 2 spinners seems to be the bowling formula.

Pretty obvious selection. Dawson in there is a great selection, adds more batting than most top spinners

Dawson's recent matches are here - he's been playng a full role in a relatively successful time in the UAE http://www.espncricinfo.com/england/content/player/211855.html

The bowling is going to let us down if anything, defending a total will be hard!

Finally my prediction from about 2009/10 may become a reality!
I said back then, after seeing him as a teenager for Hampshire, that Liam Dawson was England bound!

Don't these people have proper names?  stupid Twatter!!!!!!!!!!!

Shame about Parry, I think he would've done a decent job, also a shame they couldn't get Malan in, he seems to be coming into a hot streak of form.

...............Someones gotta say it...........No KP?

But in all seriousness, looks a good side, shame that Vince looks like just being a back up batsman though as I think he's quality.

How many pies does Jordan have to bowl to get dropped? Ffs.

My guess at a side (don't think they would take Dawson unless he's in with a good shout of playing) would be this - 2 seamers, 2 spinners plus Stokes/Dawson as allrounder, looks a good balance.
Hales
Roy
Root
Morgan
Buttler
Stokes
Dawson
Ali
Rashid
Topley
Finn
