root is a brilliant player thou :-)

It's a shame it's not all about ability . Buttler has shown unfortunatley he can't play a moving ball, simply hasn't got the mentality or technique. No shame in it as long as the media stop bulling him up. Stick to white ball hitting on flat tracks and he'll make millions, doesn't need test cricket like players used to

2020, hit or miss. Today so far a miss but a defendable score.. Only needs a couple of the SA guns to fail and they could choke

Hit an miss cricket works but in a sudden death game you can come unstuck.

Not sure the point of dropping Wiley and playing billings. Is there a need to strengthen the batting? If your top 6 can't do it then what's the point adding another batsman.
He's very very good might take a day off work this year and watch him play in kent
