Anyway, you work there so know more than me, was just going off what streaky said when he was showing me finches bats.

@smiley792,
Finch's bats look big on tv. Were they low density clefts or are they are heavy?

Bit harsh claiming will Bragg isn't a pro!!

Or was it stickered up wrong?

Bragg fair enough but finch and other non sponsored b3 professionals who come through 3rd party pay full price so of course they get what they ask for.

As for most pro get sent there bats from there sponsor only the top players really get the best of the best.

I thought finches were 2.10. But then it was a while ago I looked.

What weight were trotts? With his profile beigne 2.15 plus at 400 density. Surely his were crowns to get down to a useable weight.

Seem to remember when we had a factory tour it was stated his bat in the showroom was 2.11 (safe to say a light weight cleft). But NB were paying after all

Trott used 2-9 half to 2-10 un stickered I had one he didn't want.

Yes the 3rd party sponsored players get what there sponsor agent pays

In the players bats all I the pick up they tend not to use as light as some think.

Trott bat still up there as my favourite bat, I did like Finchy though.

The biggest difference between your bat / my bat and a Pro bat is the bloke holding it

Completely agree with you. Friend of mine recently got a chance to meet Mohd Ashraful (Bangladesh). He was participating in a charity game in Los Angeles and my friend played as part of the opponent team. He got a chance to interact with him and walked away with Ashraful's USSZ bat. Ashraful scored a hundred with this bat, however my friend has never managed to score more than 10 runs with this bat ... So biggest difference is indeed the person holding it :D
