Less a penny, ebay buy from GN. SH 2.9 no idea what the quality will be as they are ex display I think.

So as I said previously in the ebay bargains thread,i decided to take a gamble on the GN Nemesis from the GN Ebay page.THe bat arrived today which stunned me as I only ordered it yesterday whilst on my dinner at work.This led the the missus phoning me up asking why what looks like a cricket bat has just turned up? especially when I'm currently trying to reduce my gear not add to it.A quick ' oh I had a email this morning saying ive won a bat in a competition I entered before xmas which I had forgotten all about' Anyway onto the bat.Yes it has a grain sheet on which will probably come off when I get time to have a play with it.The weight is 2.10 dead but with it obviously being bottom heavy I will probably add anaother grip or some lead tape around the handle to sort the balance out.It has 40mm edges and a 70mm spine.It taps up well with the mallet and a ball. I might give it 10 mins in the nets on Saturday before making iny more comments or deciding if to keep but for �50 I felt it was a no lose gamble.

I would be tempted to take the grain sheet of and see what was under it looks a good buy for the money though

I love the shape of the Nemesis. So different to everything out there at the moment. Bargain for �50.

Just ordered one of these, will definitely take the grain sheet off, even if it's ugly I'll stick a fibre glass sheet on, for �50 I don't see the harm in trying a shape I've always been interested by.
