On the teas you thought far too much about that, if it looks edible get it down your neck!
That said I don't think I've ever seen skinless chicken breasts or brown rice at any tea when I've been playing. The closest we get is chicken nuggets  ;)

What's a reverse dog? Is that where you get on all fours in front of your "batting partner", then put your "bat handle" between your legs in order to "play your shot"? Or am I thinking of something else...

Yeah good stuff IJC ive played over your way against highgate and north london.Just on the teas again(sorry)- have you ever thought about missing the brown rice and bananas and necking 2 pints for your tea followed by some scones with jam? Just kidding...

Best food to have at teas: I'm all for something balanced. Need your quick release energy stuff, so a couple of jaffa cakes or something, then some bananas for potassium etc, along with some complex and simple carbs and proteins. I guess something like a skinless breast of chicken, brown rice, salad, banana would do the trick.

Im all for eating healthily normally but for a cricket tea honestly? Get over yourself and get some cake and a pot of tea down you lad
