@smilley792 Chris I think the jester is 2.11ish before a 2nd grip, loads of glue, tape and a large dollop of shoe goo. The reason for all that lot is a friend had smashed the RH outside edge to bits and glued it minus the clamping so it's really uneven. After some advice from Ryan I added a few more layers of glue (although it's not even still) and taped it up. My mate in the mean time had bought another one so it's stayed in my bag. Only played one few over midweek game and used it - when you just play normally and connect it does fly! The rest of the time we use it as a warm up on a Saturday.
I'll bring it along to our next net (I need to have a good nosey at your Toro and thin edge / high spine b3).
@Andythomo21 didn't intentionally buy one Andy, I had a cheeky bid on a raffle for a pure blade as it's similar profile to the GM I have and ended up winning. Upon picking it up I noticed a split right down one of the grains (shame really as it was a real looker and at 2.11 perfect). Had a chat with Leafy and he suggested popping into the factory and so ended up with a 2.13 Colossus as that's all they had made up. I literally work 10 minutes from the factory so nice to have a nosey round as I've not had a kippax for 8 years or so. 3 bats for using on a Saturday is a bit much for my ability but looking forward to playing it in and giving it a whirl had contemplated a 3lb but thought that was a bit ambitious! Although picked up lighter than it's dead weight, they also had a Colossus + in which makes smileys warner GN look small.
