Perhaps M&H and New Balance come from the same factory

I wasn't at M&H factory with the lad, I work for his dad and was asked to take him but couldn't, but I have been told several times by my boss that M&H make the NB bats down in Taunton

I didn't think they even made the majority of M&H bats there any more, let alone other brands lol

I believe that up until now he's still using his old GMs re-stickered.  Now he's going to be back in the UK I imagine that'll change for the English summer

I read somewhere that he went through a lot of bats last years. Like 30 or something. So it seems unlikely that he's still using his old GMs.

Considering he got his bat custom done there, chose the profile shape, suggests they do make (at least some) M&H bats there.
Only just seen the IJC thread about M&H... meant to be doing a job application but got a bit sidetracked. Didn't mean to reopen the can of worms! Just reporting what I've been told.

I'm sure kippax have made him a few, though I think it was a few years ago.

New Balance bats for retail are made in India.

Exactly Vitas, last time I read was that all the retail for NB cricket comes from FC Sondhi. Also you can spot the similarities in Softs of Protos (FC sondhi's Own brand) and NB.

They look and feel like Sondhi made Slazengers.

It seems likely that he might have visited them at some point.

Wouldn't surprise me if he'd had a few sticks from them as they'd be his "local" bat maker I guess.
I beleive it may have been you who mentioned it previously, but a couple of the England ODI players use Kippax made bats too
