Pffft - there's a lot of pansy-nonsense spoken on here.

2 x Eggs and Sossies on toast (many food groups)
1 x Some sort of pastry

2 x bananas before the game

Much sarnie / cake / hot beverage during tea

8 x lagers after game

1 x kebab on way home

DELICIOUS & NUTRITIOUS!!

Swap the eggs for bacon and you've got a winner!!!

McDonald's breakfast normally works well, if not a couple of ginsters slices, red bull X 2, pack of pork pies, doughnuts for good measure.

But he earns so much more money than anyone else, used to be fitter than all of us too and hits 400 balls just to warm up before he feasts on any short bowling in J grade cricket. Of cause he needs 14 pairs of cheap gloves.

Periods of inactivity of cricket (at any level) mean that you can get a nasty 'crash' if you eat the wrong food at the wrong time.

Generally will have porridge or bacon and eggs in the morning, orange juice and coffee on the side
