A friend of mine has been bowling in the nets at The Oval during the Champions Trophy. He doesn't even play club 1sts, but claims to have got Kohli, Dhoni and Maxwell out!

I took my friend a repaired bat as a way of blagging in to watch, but got him in trouble for calling out his name. Stupid of me really.

Imaginary stumping (Kohli); caught and bowled (Dhoni); clean bowled (Maxwell).

Like a lot a leg-spinners, my friend can bowl an unplayable delivery. He can also bowl some absolute filth.

Captains tend not to see the bigger picture in club cricket.
