Agree with reds not a fan, like the spine through toe, purely because I prefer the look!

I find bats which have a spine all the way in to the toe have a weaker toe due to the concave. You're taking the willow out of the toe and leaving it in the middle of the blade which makes the edges weaker. Not sure why you need willow in the spine area on the toe?
Duck bill profiles usually have a flat toe so I would suggest they are stronger as they'll spread the impact evenly.

They also aid with pickup, they remind me of the old county reflex profile which I used to love.

Started to use duck bill profile few years back and definitely helps with pick up especially if you want a low mid bat like I do.
