They look pretty good! Bit of tactical excess sticker removing and they'd look even better, original Fearnley stickers were possibly the best ever applied to a bat.

They look really nice. I bet with just one big name sponsorship they could easily take off again

I really like the look of the black ones (the 5 star?).

Might tempt me...

This is direct from fearnley about the new bats
We have 3 models: Heritage, Sabre and Atom 6.0.  Each model is available in 5* Ultimate, 5* Test & 5* Pro and they are all made here.  The prices respectively for adult sized bats are £400, £300 and £200

Back in the early 1980's in NZ Glenn Turner used DF bats, in particular the Magnum.  There is a video of him scoring 140 in an ODI with it, back when centuries were quite rare in one dayers. Apparently his bat weighed over 3lbs.

Glenn Turner had a bat named after him called the GT1000. It was so called be scored 1000 first-class runs before the end of May in one English season (1979, possibly?). This bat pre-dated the Magnum, but didn't feature in the DF range for very long after.

Nipped into Fearnley today, gladly the bats are looking substantially better than the last few years and this is certainly pleasing for a born and bred Worcester lad!

Pricing still needs to be looked at, but on the right track at least - can't see anyone forking out £400 for one yet that's for sure

Glenn Turner one of of two players to score 1000 runs before the end of May 1973 followed by Hick  who did it in 1988 with a Magnum

It took longer for manufacturers to introduce new models in those days?  GT1000 was my second ever bat. I soon wished it was a Magnum. Spoilt brat!
