He's a chucker
Knew this would come from you haha! Tested as ok now supposedly, just don't look too closely from behind the bowler's arm...

@Buzz, Meaker's played already, come on ;)

Did not realise TKC was only 21! Mills for sure, and Bell-Drummond must have been on the radar for a good while. Anyone rate Riki Wessels' chances when he qualifies?

having watched taylor for the last couple of days. not going to say he is a chucker but it doesnt look like a straight arm either. although he did bat well in the second innings to win the game for gloucester

div 2 runs might not be flavour of the month for the ECB but Dan Lawrence is a very good prospect

Ben Foakes at Surrey might be worth a look at, very tidy keeper but needs a few more with the bat, not being helped at the moment with Surrey collapsing frequently

Joe Clarke is going to be a fine young player, as is Mason Crane.

Mills was electric last night and I am well informed that Tom Abel is going to be rather special

I thought he already qualified, as he's been playing over here for at least 4 seasons, and wasn't kolpak after 2 years?
I just got the impression from him he was happy where he was

Dan Lawrence has got to be nailed on for the future England squad surely? Looks in a different league at the U19 world cup and has scored some decent runs already in the CC

Riki wessel's is a serious cricket if not in the red ball form surely he has to get in based on his white ball game, I think if Compton doesn't really get a score in the next test surely Borthwick comes in and replaces him for the Pakistan series. Jack burnham for Durham will play for England leading run scorer during the u-19 World Cup and already has a championship hundred to his name

Gloucestershire County Cricket Club today announced that, with immediate effect, Jack Taylor has been suspended from bowling by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).

Ouch! Was sitting in the pavilion the other day having a chat about how bendy his action looked from behind the arm, so not fully surprised... surely after you've been suspended once you sort it out to be below the limit though! Big blow for Glos, that's for sure.

http://stats.espncricinfo.com/county-cricket-2016/engine/records/batting/most_runs_career.html?class=4;host=1;id=2016;type=season

this is first class batting stats (most runs) for this season, tom westley Nick Browne and Dan bell-drummond top the run charts with 807, 790 and 769 the next three all have international caps already (bairstow, joyce and samit) then more youngsters, d'oliveira and duckett

http://stats.espncricinfo.com/county-cricket-2016/engine/records/bowling/most_wickets_career.html?class=4;host=1;id=2016;type=season

and this is bowling (most wickets) where its napier topping the charts with jamie porter next  then jimmy ans woakes

so id say we have plenty of batting talent comiong through but where are the next bowlers going to be? it seems to be the same old bowlers doing all the damage with the odd exception such as jake ball and tom curran

Jamie Porter hasn't done too bad this season. He has a bit of pace as well.
