Bradbury contact
« on: June 09, 2016, 04:53:11 PM »

Folks,

Have anybody recently tried to contact Bradbury people either in AUS or here in UK?  I've been trying to contact them (through phone or email) but haven't been able to get hold of them. Just curious if anybody else have been facing the same.

Thanks,
J

Had a bat made recently by Paul when he was in the uk. I understand he has now returned to Australia, probably having a break before the Aussie summer, as such I would persist with the Aussie contact details. The bat he made me is sublime. The sound it makes when hitting the ball is incredible. As such I would definitely persist.
Good luck

Thanks mate. I guess, I'll keep bugging 'em then until I get hold of.  :-)

Was it a rumour or not but haven't Bradbury not sourced a shop back in England ? I'm sure I saw that somewhere

They did and it was open as both a shop and a workshop for a few months, however due to only small numbers wanting to visits the factory all the sales of kit were transferred to barringtons and only a small worskshop remains were they doing servicing now

I asked if they could do a refurb on my sterling. Just got a reply that they were back in Aussie.

Certainly is a shame that there wasn't the demand to make the shop/workshop permanent or at least every summer. I have had 3 bats from them over the years, and they have all been exceptional, the 2 I got made by Paul rather than from a shop were among the best bats I have ever had, and certainly conciderably better than many in vogue bat makers. Of course it is only an opinion.
