Ebay Salix Supernatural

Received the bat today.
Lovely shape and feel to it, ping is brilliant all the way through to toe.

Grain wise, can't complaint on looks.

But it is going back as it weights 2.8.7 with 1 grip, scuff sheet and some extra bat tape on toe. I bought under the assumption  that it was 2.6

Before I packed it, I took some ceremonial pics

You are sending it back? Wow.
Take the toe guard off and it will nearly be only an oz over weight

165 or 163 posted mate.

Compared  to vortex it picks  a tad heavy and ping is similar but Salix definitely  has longer middle.

May I suggest changing the grip?

I've had a few bats that didn't feel right until I replaced the grip with a fish scale one. Chevron and GM ripple grips seem to be the worst. I picked up a few grips from both Jake and H4L and they've saved me making rash decisions.

you could be right, with gloves  it feels slightly better but just not the wand like feel I am used to working  with.
