Does anyone make a set of compression style shorts with a box pouch these days? That would be the golden short for me, Aero boxer ones I have are good but too short to be that comfortable for a long innings so get worn over compression shorts.
As others have said the Aero ones designed to be used with Strippers come to just above the knee .
Skins do a white coloured compression short ( just above the knee ) with a pouch . More than double the price of the Aeros though .

There is one called 010 compression, Ian O'Brien is the managing director. Heard some pretty good reviews although I don't own a pair myself.

Looked into these before but seems the company is long gone.

Aero long ones look ridiculously long... Not really compression shorts either if they're the same construction as the trunks. Did not know Skins did one though, that I will definitely look into!

I have been using these for a while. Good compression with a pouch for abdo guard.

I have BSC ones which have the pouch built into them. Had em for a few years and they are great, they don't pill like the skins equivalent and have a draw string, which I like.

Looks like the Aero ones are the ones, I like the fact that they are quite long as well.

Thanks for the input everyone.

set of skins shorts or trousers then stick some Areos over the top

compression and box held steady, great for batting long periods of time...or so i am told!!

Another vote for the Aeros. Especially with the Aero box, which is under a fiver, they fit in really well - I can also use them for other exercise as a pair of under shorts too since my Nike Pros are on the way out!

The shock doctor shorts are very good, not sure how they are with anything other than shock doctor guard though.

I like the Aero long leg shorts but the material makes you a bit betty swallocks although a pair of cotton briefs under those works ok. Have the slazenger ones as well, great for the price

Yep, agree on that - that's why I like the Slazenger ones. Although the box pocket at the front is rather minimal!

Anyone got any recommendations for ones that are particularly long, my thigh guard rubs if it's directly on my leg and most cycling shorts down go much more than mid thigh.
I use the Adidas Techfit compression shorts and they are fantastic, I use the Aero P1 thigh pad and they don't rub at all and tbh they are solid at doing their job, highly recommend them

What's the material like on the Aero trunks, anyone? Soft like normal boxers?
