Paceman Pro vs Paceman Pro-V2
« on: July 10, 2016, 10:27:48 AM »

I had a minute of weakness today when I walked into my local sports store that was having a one day special with 40% discount off all cricket gear.  Long story short, I ended up buying a 'Paceman Pro' bowling machine which came with the 12 ball auto feeder and 12 hard/reg Paceman balls.  I saved $430.00 off the retail price so I was pretty chuffed and used this to justify the purchase to my wife.

I do note that this Pro wasn't the newer 2016 V2 model, just the standard Pro model.  Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two model's actually is?  From what I've found through my online searches is possibly a slightly larger motor, fine tuning length adjustment - what ever that is....., and there also seems to be a reference to the V2 being able to deliver Off-Spin & Leg Spin deliveries.  Can anyone clarify this new spin bowling option????   There seems to be very little visual difference when comparing picture oif both machines and I was wondering how they have added the spin bowling option.

I remember something about an upgraded motor. That may mean more speed or better battery life if using an inverter and a car battery. No idea but it's the updated Titan motor. Never used either. Tbh I don't think that it will make a difference as it is not a full speed bowling machine. It is fine for amatuers and can probably still hurt you if misused. Enjoy
