You'll see there is only 1 Puma logo on the front ... Test match regulations stipulate this, so these were produced specially with that in mind (including the red for Lancashire). Most players will patch up the 2nd logo with tape.

Puma made them (ie. Puma's supplier in India).  We bought them from Puma.

Probably SS, but Puma have more than one supplier, so I'm not 100% certain.

May just be a rumour but I heard different bat models are made at different factories?

The 6000 and 5000 ranges are made in the UK.  The 2000, 3000 and some 4000 made in India.  All junior bats made in India.  Occasionally, a bat that starts out as a 6000 or 5000 may end up in the 4000 series, ie. downgraded.

going by the fact that the 6000 and some 5000 had a carbon core handle similar to the Newbery C6+, I would guess the 6000 were made by Newbery. Some are even made by Robert Pack.....

If Puma put made in England sticker on the bats, then I would guess they do make them here....unless that is just a marketing gimmik.

Hi Asad, I was told that they take their willow down to Newbery and use Newbery's machines to shape the bats and then bring them back (to wherever) to finish them off. But I'm not sure where they do their handling or finishing, or who actually does it.
I found out about the UK thing recently when we send a junior Ballistic 5000 bat to a customer, and we'd mistakenly advertised that it was made in the UK, when in fact it was made in India (as it was a junior bat). I have personally seen adult Puma bats being made at FC Sondhi, but this was several years back when they were relatively new in the market.
