I've only had experience from using Stretton fox, George is a pleasure to deal with and is very passionate in what he produces. You wont be disappointed with either option.

Both great used remfry for 8 years brilliant.

Stretto not I sold because of the lack of fixed points and consistency with fitting.

Better cheaper alternatives .

Cheers guys, appreciate the comments. The Remfrys do seem like they might fit slightly easier and I really like the simplicity of the design. The designs George creates on his protection are note worthy though, Tommo's Too Gun themed ones are class!

I've had remfrys for my match pads for a couple years , with my aero strippers as training pads . I'm now about to get some strettons . Aeros , for me , seem to slide down a lot . Remfrys seem , for me , to float both up and down a fair bit . Remfrys , overall , I like better than aero , but both don't wrap around my skinny legs all that well and I'd like something less bulky....hence why I'm going to try strettons .

I have moonwalkr and bas and the remfry monies are OK bar the inner thigh pad really.

Bas are the best valued and decent thigh pads

I have had several sets of stretton so, can't rate them enough.

George is the single most friendly man in the world, and offers customers service that is second to non!

For a forum with the name "custom" in it. There perfect, there really is no limit for what can be done and made and sometimes the choices are just too much. Arrrgghhhh(it's why I have two sets)

Fit is spot on in my opinion(they are very easy to work and change, just be patient) due to design options for pad placement, tightness, angle is limitless, but once you've got comfy, you soon figure where to put them back.

And protection is the best I've had, being the ridiculous batsmen I aim, they have took some hits and haven't felt a thing.

A lad just returning to the game borrowed a set on a Saturday, took me 3mjsn to bend my set to suit and after 15mins against the machine his verdict was "the comfort in these thigh pads is ridiculous, no wonder you paid what you did"

I've never used remfry so can't compare, and I shan't mention others as you haven't asked(but non I've tried compare anyway)

If you aren't paid in pounds, remfry will be decent and sf will be comparatively cheap.
If you are paid in pounds, remfry will be very expensive and sf just expensive!

Both are fabulous and George is a legend.
If the are good enough for Kane Williamson and Joe Roooooot they must have something going for them... And they sponsor the forum!
