Hi all, I've not seen much on here about this boutique brand called Elite Cricket but I have started using this gear this season after using big brands in the past who are just after your money and no customer service!

Its a new boutique brand from Scarborough in Yorkshire and so far so good, this kit is amazing! The brand is run by a Father and Son I think based up there and the kit is absolutely class!

Ive got full gear with keeping gear also, and to put it to the big brands, this keeping gear is the best I have ever used I used to use GM and that was it I was a keeping snob with that brand! The gloves are so soft and supple and you can wear them straight out of the packet, which for any keeper will know is brilliant!
Could someone help me upload pictures, it wont let me for some reason.

Thanks

So are you the father or the son @ljtinsley13 ? ;) You can't upload photos to the forum, you'll need to do it on a photo sharing site like photobucket etc and embed them in your post.

@velvetsky01 - Kit looks nice. For the bats can you add more details like weight, edge size etc?

Bat 1 bought, Phantom - Made in India (believed to be the same as Vitas Lion bats) - 2lbs 9, New for 2017/18, mix between Illusion and Cyborg (asked for Illusion stickers), came with a full length Orange bat cover.
Shoulder: 15 mm
Edge:37 mm
Toe:15mm
Spine:60mm

Bat 2, Pryzm P4 (Grade 3) like a H4L Devil...but cheaper with code atm (MYSTERY) and you get a hat! 2lbs 10, hand made in the UK!
Shoulder:10mm
Edge:35mm
Toe:20mm
Spine:59mm

Bats Side by Side

Observations,:-
Pick Up: Both pick up very well, Phantom wins as its lighter
Handle: Pryzm oval, Phantom Round
Response: without knocking in, Pryzm wins, a trampoline like bounce already
Price: Both cost the same, but I am sure the Phantom will be more expensive when it officially comes out. Both between £125 and £130 posted.
Grains: I had a choice for both, picked the best Pryzm wins with 8 straight grains, take those blemishes out between the grains and its a G1 Easily! Phantom has 6
Finish: both exceptional
Shape: almost identical, Phantom spine runs slightly lower.

Have already sold the Phantom to a team mate, he picked it up and said wow! How Much...I was silly enough to not make a profit lol, but he now has no excuse to blame the bat!

Overall, I would say these are great bats to have a go with!

Hope you Enjoyed!

This is what I have been using last few weeks and really happy with this years GM kit. Massive improvement in the performance of GM bats in my opinion this year

Pads - GM 808
Gloves GM 808 and GM ST30
GM original thigh pad set
Masuri TI

Bat is a GM Chrome signature from Asad, stunning performance 2.9

Have finally added the final touches to my kit for this season. Needless to say now I am a FKW. This kit should last me to the end of next season, but as a forumite, there is always a chance/inevitability that I'll get more.

Really happy with the selection of bats that I've got for this year, most of which won't be allowed if the regs went across all the divisions, hopefully won't come to mine!

Apologies for the ridiculous sizing of these pictures, still trying to work Imgur out!
