English Lacquer on cricket balls

Question go out to Suppliers or somone with this info

I am not expert on this and dont have any knowledge about cricket balls,Mate of mine started small cricket gear manufacturing firm in Pakistan Sialkot name ZB sports and he is also manufacture cricket balls and asked me if any Supplier in England can provide good quality English Lacquer(Shine)which applies on cricket balls as he recently bought quality leather to manufacture balls and want to get hold of English Lacquer for finishing.

Any help or knowledge and contact details be appriciated.

As your mate as purchase quality leather l wouldn't use lacquer  as the best balls are covered in  thin layers of polish.
It's the cheap balls that are covered in thicker lacquer this is to allow the balls to last longer but as an effect on the balls bounce and  feel.
