Bobby's knock was really good but maxwell was effortless with his knock. Unbelievable he got dropped from the ODI side -

Paine out batted both of them tonight... his timing was perfect and every boundary he hit the ball went to the fence like a bullet

Only saw one ball of broads first two overs and Liam wright did smash him for 4.

His second two overs he bowled decent, a maxwell incide edge and 1s were all they got, granted the hussey wicket was a poor ball, but a cracking catch.


He was bowling quicker than tait according to the speed gun. (Can't say it was accurate mind)

On a different note, why is Tim Paine not the first choice keeper for Aussie test team? He looks the part, no?

In short form cricket, yes. Tim Paine hasn't played 1 game of first class shield cricket this year and it seems that Jake Doran has taken his spot. I had even heard rumours before the season started the Paine might even be making an appearance in Sydney Premier cricket this season.

At 55/5 never thought this would go down to the wire. Sydney have been poor in the field, a couple of drops that have gone for 6.
