My chum is a snorting, rampaging fast bowler (in the sense that the Royal Mail is 'fast') and is a bit old school and only likes the 'hi-top' style bowling boot. The more modern, trainer style, not the leather-soled Fred Trueman stylee.
Are there many of these still on sale, and if so, does anyone have a view on if any of them are any better than any others?
He is a right old skinflint, so will be looking at the less expensive end of the market.
(I also wanted to know if the word '(No Swearing Please)' slipped through the swear filter?)
