was having a look at a few helmets before christmas and was on a website with a decent selection

they offered customised helmets with your club badge on them, cant for the life of me find the site again

uk based, good selection of brands

any ideas?

Hope you're pleased with it @hopwoodbear , just a word of advice on All rounder, the stuff they offer online is often good, but they aren't the speediest especially with customised stuff so be prepared to wait a little.

I recently saw a company that makes custom sunglasses and motorcycle helmets. It'd be interesting to see how AllRounder do it. Do they use 3D scanning/imaging to create a hologram of the customer's head?

I think its just a cosmetic personalisation they offer, can you imagine the cost of an actual bespoke made helmet

You can scan a headform with a 3D scanner to work out head shape and size yes but I think in the cricket market they generally just use a pair of calipers.
