Just turned it on to watch 26 of 1 over! Kp on fire.

Why did mcullum bat down at 6??

He been out cheaply last few innings and also Lahore don't have hitting power lower down the order, also Fakhar who opened today has been in good touch last few games batting at 3 so probably wanted him to open.

76 needed of 5 overs and to win with an over to spare. Not seen narine get smashed by many! KP!

That was one hell of a innings by KP. Going into last 5 overs it seemed they will fall short by 15-20 runs but his 4 sixes in 1 over and 3 of them consecutive changed the whole game around.

Hahaha. 3 games and he has been awful. Missed a straight yorker today. Should be dropped next game and Luke Wright should take his place.

Good job he wasn't dropped .  :)

Am I the only one noticing the awkward silence as Karman and Morgan stand together in between overs? Not a word spoken...both just looking around. Haha.

Dan right good job he wasn't. But he been awful last 3 games. It wasn't even aby good ball getting him out just standard straight bowling. Plus Luke Wright batted excellent last year at PSL.
But lucky for Quetta they didn't drop KP he played a blinder today.

Surprised a few foreign players including Jordan have decided to go to Pakistan to play the finals. Surely players aren't that desperate for money to risk there lives?

I imagine the security will be fairly tight for a one off event so possibly less of an issue compared to a 3 month tour when there might be opportunities to attack foreign nationals. Each individual weighs up risk differently.

Glad the final went ahead without any issues. Its a shame that a country is deprived of one of its most popular sports. Although, it is totally understandable why overseas players will have reservations, as the risks are very real.

Not a big risk for a one of match with tight security. Holding more games is where the risk lies. It's a good step to play the final in Pakistan for Pakistan.
Maybe next year have the semi final and final both held in Pakistan. And also by some foreign players going to play like Jordan, Sammy and few others it will make others go to next year but all depending on how much improvement their has been in Pakistan and how safe it is. But totally understand why some decided not to go. Let's just hope Pakistan stays free from terrorism so slowly we can see cricket getting back into the country and making the fans happy their. It was a big day yesterday for the whole Pakistan as final was held in Pakistan despite recent bombings and a big slap to the terrorists who tried to stop the final taking place by attacking Lahore few weeks back.
