If those are the purple murray goodwin pads then your lucky - those are top notch pads, be interesing to hear if they're squeeky or not......seems to be a common theme with newbery pads.

yeah the purple ones. beautiful and fit so nicely. bit bulky around the knee but removed the padding on straps to allow straps to go tighter, job done!

no dont appear to squeeky with trainers on, but dunno about spikes.

very pleased with them though!

Your quite fortunate as i believe they have completely sold out now of the Murray Goodwin pads.
Oh and they will squeek, trust me!! Get bloody annoying after a while too. Just stick some tape over the part where the foot goes if you start to go crazy though   :D

No i dont, wish i did though!
I had a pair of GT's last year and i found the knee roll part sat oddly on my knee so didnt really get on with them. Going to go for something lighter and less bulky this year...

yeah they are bulky around knee, did you take padding off top strap? allows you to pull the strap much much tighter which seems to work.

Yes i did. Allows a bit more space. There might be a sheet of foam behind the knee roll and the shin area which is removeable if you still find it too bulky.
