Since most of the companies have released their new 2017 ranges I was wondering what people's thoughts are on the best Wheelie bag is. The forum has covered duffles extensively over the past couple of months but the same can't be said for wheelies. GM seem to have kept the same design yet again which is sad to see, the New Balance bags look great however quality when it comes to the materials is suspect (600D seems too thin for a bag).

Having some much gear my Kook Pro Duffle just isn't new cutting it and I'm in the market for a Wheelie. My wish list isn't long but there are some features I can't do without, they are;

Shoe compartment (enough to fit 2 pairs)
3 Wheels
Valuables compartment
Bat Cave not essential but min of 2

Anything that fits the bill?

I have Salix pod pro which is great. Decent design which meets your specs except for possibly the 2 pairs of shoes in the shoe compartment. There are two models which are larger aswell which may have a larger shoe pocket.

The quality of materials is as good as anything I have seen on a cricket bag, material, zips and wheels all heavy duty and feel like they would last years.

They have changed the aesthetics for 2017 which I actually dont prefer but the design looks the same and Im sure the quality is still up there

The new phantom bag looks pretty good, it's just cricket have just done a video review, no bat cave but you get a free bat carry case that clips on.

I would say the best 2 mid-size ones I've ever had are the Salix Pod Pro and the Prostar Cricket Bag - (http://www.onlinekit.co.uk/kits/index.php?id_product=2010&controller=product)  both have been magnificent for me and very durable.

I have kookaburra player wheelie bag. It has a 3 bats bat cave and plenty more space along with separate Helmet and shoe section. I carry two pair of whites, 5-6 bats, 3 pair of gloves, batting and keeping pads along with bat repair kit and still have ample amount of space to put other accessories including bat grips, towels and few shirts and slippers.
