@Vitas Cricket - that shoulderless Salix is rather nice, was that one of the light ones - what actually is it?

Judging by the stickers, a wasp, I don't ever recalls this model but I agree it looks lovely really like the darker stickers

I have a number of 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7s collected over several years. Love using light bats

Bradman & taylor both used bats around 2lb 2oz & they went alright as batsmen

Would have thought that would create a timing problem especially when hooking pulling and cutting.


I've used it for 2 innings, not one pull shot so far.

Having read the replies it does give confidence in playing with a feather light bat.
