Maybe it is cos you iz so big and hard Dave? I love the banter I get when wearing the lid!

Leo i am a midget i just do not seem to get any stick i get more stick for my accent.

But i guess it helps being able to play i guess ability could stop people talking when your batting as you can not judge a player on his kit...

I thought they were ugly at first but i think even the most traditional people look at them differently now

Love the color of the nike boots in the picture

Yeah true. It was weird that when I played Winscombe for Bradley Stoke I had no comments whatsoever! Coincidence!? ;)

What chat i do not get none and had mine quite a while.

Have you had much with your Johan when using it in games
Haven't had anything when using it in games. Cause I only got it about a month ago lol. I get some abuse in the nets, but it's wearing off now. :) Doubt people will be chatting about it much though. In fairness, I may get the Sangakkara, as I am Sri Lankan and look vaguely like him, apart from the fact I can't bat as well and am Right Handed :D

Hi Tom how much would it set me back for a Warwickshire lid?

Technically it would fall under the custom helmet category as it's not a stock colour and has crest and graphics added to it as well.

Still have a few spare crests though so maybe able to do it for the elite price as per the website

Heres a cheeky pic that James Taylor tweeted over to us of himself during his 186 for the England Lions.....

James Taylor is a bit more than quite useful... in fact I think he is closer to seriously good...

And when you are as short as he is, you need a good lid!

Very good talent, and his kit fits him now. Remember watching him last year and he had a massive masuri and massive pads on!!

But i think he is "the future", no doubt about that!
