Ben Stokes not to travel to Aus  on the 28th of Oct at this stage.
Clearly as  things stand  the door as not be closed on Ben joining the tour at a later date.

Have the people involved come forward?
If witnesses or the ones involved don't come forward, then I assume the charges could be dropped?

If no witnesses it comes down to stokes/Hales word be the guy(s) they were fighting. Sadly the video is unlikely to help stokes as its pretty hard evidence. Equally stokes defence will more than likely clai he cannot possibly have a fair trial due to the video being leaked into the public domain
