Boycott basically saying that England cricket have been robbed of one of it's greatest talents because nobody at the ECB was strong/brave enough to manage him and make him and his views feel part of the team.
Yep @DorsetDan - but how many of the other supposed big egos have fallen out with many teammates in many different sides. How many have attempted to influence the sacking of their coach and how many have attempted to subvert their own captain by colluding with the opposition?I'm not saying he's the only ego, but he seems to have been the most disruptive I can remember with little respect for anyone but himself - I just don't see why management and coaches should have to put up with it to such a degree - a tolerance for some prima-donna behaviour yes, but ultimately you've got to knuckle down and get on with it for team and for country.
What has happened to Tymal Mills? He went from doing well in T20Is, to getting pumped round every game in the BBL
