Are the payntr shoes good for fast bowlers??

They are bringing out a bowling bit later this year... Wait for those. I found they fried the ground too much and caused Anke issues and knee issues.

Also that was payntr v1.0 not the 2.0 which are on the way 😎

We had a glos wepl player in yesterday buying a pair, you could describe him as a quick bowler. Seemed impressed with the size and fit. As buzz said, always best to try shoes on first if your an awkward fit. Personally these newer payntrs fit as a Nike trainer fits.

I wear an ankle and knee support anyways but I think it's best to wait for the actual bowling shoes to come out.

Cheers lads

@Six Sixes Cricket  other than laces, what would you say the difference is compared the 2017 model? are these better/worse in your view?

@brokenbat Much wider than the previous models, don’t get me wrong still tight to get your foot in initially as it’s a sock style but once in plenty of room. A few that have been in have said they were disappointed that the shoe didn’t have the breathable mesh of a running shoe

The breathable mesh got filthy after one wear though, so it isn't a surprise they have changed that.
