I've tried the 2018 Blaze Pro and Kahuna Pro gloves and the wristband feels fantastic, can hardly tell there is anything there tbh. I went with a couple of pairs of the Kahuna's as they were perfect. All the wristbands are pretty much the same so I think anyone will enjoy the Kookaburra gloves from 2018 as they are high quality as ever

after one ten minute net i have to say the gloves are great, like the fit of the neoprene nice and snug but feel really light too, will need some time to flex a little although that might be down to I've not had sausage gloves for years and just need to get used to them

Almost complete for this year now - still on the buy list:
- pair of net pads (breaking in my H4L customs at the min but once they are I will preserve them for matches)
- new helmet





Bats:
- Viking 'The Platinum' from IJC. New addition and having hit a couple out of the middle at last weeks first pre season net session, it flies! Match bat for this year.
- B3 Custom 2 stripe 'Gaz Cross'. Match bat last year.
- Newbery Blitz stickered as Merlin. Recent ebay addition, pings very well - will be used for t20 matches

Pads & Gloves
- H4L Custom Pads and 2 sets gloves
- Also have a pair of Mongoose net gloves not pictured

Other
- Aero P2 Strippers
- Old Masuri helmet
- GN Powerbow 6 1000 duffle

Here goes, heres my training kit plus all the bats I could find (because everyone loves bats)



Bats from left to right:
CA Plus 1200 (I think) circa 2010 - 2lb 10 its a friends who moved away and left all his kit so I claimed that to try and bring life back into it use it on damper nights at training or when there are horrible balls being used
SS Gladiator - 2lb 9 bought off eBay but didn't like the stickers so removed them and had some NB copies put on but I don't like them now  :D
Gray Nics - 2lb 9
GM Mana 808 - 2lb 10
GM chrome 808 - 2lb 10 Both GMs are as good as brand new bought in Allrounders sale last year used the Mana briefly.

Pads - (SS Test opener another impulse buy off eBay not the biggest fan of them though)
Gloves - Online Stockist
Thigh - Helygen (I'd never heard of them till they followed me on twitter and were advertising a sale)
Helmet - good old masuri


*I'll use my camera instead of phone for pictures next time

Winter nets with Ansty starting on Sunday, so getting my kit ready. Can't wait to get started after a difficult winter personally, though I've trained with Sussex University side over the last term and been asked to take a sickie each Wednesday that we have a fixture.

Kit for this season as follows:
Bats left to right- Kookaburra Impulse 950 from 2014, 2lb7oz. Taped back together for winter nets. Hunts County from their eBay run of 'pro grade' bats, 2lb8oz. Used in a couple of nets, ridiculous ping and grains. GN F18, previous owner bought from IJC going by the sticker, haven't used yet but another 2lb7oz. B3 shape 19 3 stripe, still the best bat I've ever used but may not last the season.

I also have my GM Flare 2lb9oz somewhere, and a Kookaburra Xenon 950 in need of a new handle that I picked up on eBay for £30ish last season.

I am having cravings for another B3 once mine gives up, a GN Atomic and there is a GN Prestige on eBay at present that I am tempted by.
