I think it’s a cord used to mould them to legs.

Ahan, thank you!

Love how it is simple and one brand kit.

Beautiful.

What is that maroon on pads?

It is lace from old trainers, just keeping the pads in shape and moulded, nothing worse than having a flat top, nice curvature :-)
Glad you like it

The bit where I said the B3 may not last the season... It has gone big time in my second winter net with Ansty. Now to wait for student loan to arrive to get a replacement!

Used it in nets today, felt a bit off so switched for the bowling machine, got my mate to try it and he said there were big vibrations, had a look post session and it's cracked twice down one side of the splice, three down the other :(

As with most have a few odds and ends on the way but this is what in my bag on match days for the moment (obviously only one pair of pads, format dependant)

Bats
BB Hulk, 2’9
H4L 2’10

Pass
White AKJ
Blue GN Legenda
Green Kook Kahuna’s

Gloves
Newbery SPS
Cicada

NB 4020 Astros
Old school Kallis Adidas spikes
Stretton thigh guard
GN preditor bag
Masuri Ti

Also left the most important bit of kit out of shot.

Hunts is also now broken. Cracked down both shoulders from the ears into the back of the bat. I'm not having much luck with kit atm!

I had a pair of those Adidas shoes. Loved them but didn’t quite fit me sold them on eBay. Favourite spikes by miles.

Right hopefully the pic loads up. I’ve tried to squeeze the gear into one pic. Safe to say my gear screams custom bat forum member!

Tend to rotate quiet a lot.. not healthy on the old wallet. First season with Gunn & Moore, always tended to go with boutique brands such as Woodstock etc.  Thought i’d give the big boys a go this year. Best pads and gloves I’ve used... unsure about bats at the moment way resort to using my blankbat from last year, we’ll see though

Here are a few more pics of the blank bats t20. This will be my match bat for the season until I get a duck in the first game!! I’ve only used in one net so far was an eBay purchase for £100. Hoping it proves a bargain.
