Should do it with an over to spare. Ridiculous.

Some nice hitting.

Moaners will Claim “flat track” and “small boundaries”. But I’d like to see them maintain it for the full 20 overs of a chase.
Not that simple when pressures on.

Anyway. I like this D’Arcy short guy. Got something about him. The next david Warner?? Or even better?
How long until a big sponsor snaps him up?

If we are playing at the same ground as the Aussies did all bets off how many we could concede.

250 within reach !

I guess now that the "big bats" scapegoat is discredited, Ponting and co will push for maximum muscle sizes?

The simple fact is if you have 50m boundaries and a motorway of a pitch where the ball doesn't move off the straight , this is going to happen.

Wheeler was actually a tad unlucky, his 1st over against Short went 18 and not one was a bad ball and Short didn't middle one of them, including a genuine outside edge that went for 6 into the stands!

I do think it was a tad silly though.... by this I mean Short must have had 40ish before he actually middled one.

I don’t see an issue.... The game is about hitting boundaries and hitting as many as possible.... And both teams have to play on the same wicket/same ground

As No:4 says.. this format is about smashing runs each ball.. it’s what everyone wants

If you want balance between bat and ball don’t watch 2020

Malan has done well since he came in, would like to see Morgan get a significant score- he has not done a great deal in the last 12 months
