you will need a video and a bat mallet and the remfrys for comparison!

Has any one tried these thinking about maybe getting them? The kooka shorts with pads.

I never really wear a thigh pad its uncomfortable for me however this will be the first year after bunch of bruises last year.

Let me know what you think?

I think you would be better off saving up a little more if you can and getting some p2's

I agree with Buzz, P2's are very comfortable and good value for money. They're not bulky and a really good fit. I think you can get them a little cheaper than at Serious Cricket though!

Ok I am going to have to think about this one. Buzz I have read this entire thread of research could be a great book some day. Here is my question with these P2 do they slide down because most of my runs are scored trying to get quick singles and lots 2's. That was the problem before with the old school thigh pad it would always slide down.

Mine have never slipped down. The strapping around the pads is really good so fits comfortable in small of your back and keeps it secure
