My first rehandle

I share with u guys pics of my first rehandle... quite difficult when u dont have the proper tools... specially when removing old handle...

But it was a old bat and it was a good learning experience for me.. i think next rehandle will be a good one...

as always will love to hear what u guys think....

Thanks for sharing the pics. The best way to learn is to do - looks a decent job.

What glue did you use?

 You have done a good job there its difficult useing just hand tools to cut out the old handle cleanly  and straight to enable a tight new handle fit.

Thanks... for now i am using Gorilla Glue on my bats repairs and in this first re-handle..

Thanks... and yes that was the difficult part of it.. working with hand tools... 1 of the cuts came very straight and clean... the other one didnt so i had a lot of difficult insersting the new handle... but i did it not as clean as i would like to do it... but now lets see if it holds properly ...

It's not the glue batmakers use but I've used it and it does the job  okay as long as the bat doesn't wet.
